Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd has now informed BSE that Board Meeting scheduled to be held on February 06, 2012, inter alia, to consider and adopt Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2011. Further to the above, the Company has informed that at the said meeting, Board will inter alia consider and declare interim dividend, if any for the financial year 2011-12.
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed February 13, 2012 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend on Equity Shares for the Financial Year 2011-12, if any declared by the Board of Directors at its meeting scheduled to be held on February 06, 2012.
